Orders & Shipping

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only. It is not possible to place an order with an international shipping address.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 0–1 business days, and delivery takes 4–9 business days after that. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Q: Do you offer express or international shipping?
A: Not at this time. We only offer standard U.S. delivery and do not ship internationally.

Q: What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
A: If the package cannot be delivered, and it doesn't fit in your mailbox or can't be left at your door, it will be redirected to a local pickup point.

Returns & Store Credit

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, fully unopened items in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We do not offer refunds to your orginal payment method for change-of-mind returns. Approved returns are issued as store credit, minus a $25 restocking fee.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Just email us at support@littlepawhouse.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the unopened item and its packaging. We'll respond with next steps. Read more in our Return Policy

Q: Can I exchange a product?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like another item, simply return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Account & Support

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No account is required to shop with us. You can check out as a guest.
