Below you’ll find all the key information regarding our shipping process, delivery times, handling schedule, and how we handle unexpected issues.
1. Shipping Terms
1.1 Processing Time
Orders are shipped and handed off to our carriers within 0–1 business days (Monday to Friday) from the time they’re placed.
Once packed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

It is not possible to place an order with a shipping address outside the U.S., and we do not offer international delivery.
1.3 Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum required. This applies to all locations within the USA.
1.4 If You're Not Home
If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery, whether no one is available, the package doesn’t fit in your mailbox, or local policies prevent leaving it at your doorstep, your parcel will be redirected to a nearby pickup point for secure collection.

2. Delays & Delivery Disruptions
2.1 Seasonal or Weather-Related Delays
During high-volume periods like holidays, or due to weather or operational issues, delays may occur. If so, we will notify you by email or SMS as soon as new information becomes available.
2.2 Our Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, system issues, or stock availability. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and any charged amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Shipping & Costs
3.1 Standard Shipping
All Little Pawhouse orders ship for free, using trusted U.S. delivery services. There are no hidden charges at checkout, what you see is what you pay.
4. Order Handling
4.1 Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with full order details including items, quantity, pricing, shipping address, and an order number.

4.2 Modifications & Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hour after being placed. After that, your package may already be in processing. If you're too late, you're still welcome to return it after delivery.
4.3 Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the following business day. This may slightly extend the estimated delivery window.
5. Delivery Issues
We’re here to make sure your delivery experience is smooth—but if something goes wrong, we’ll handle it quickly.
5.1 Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, please contact us right away. We’ll track the shipment and communicate with the carrier on your behalf.
5.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@littlepawhouse.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us investigate.
6. Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be:

6.1 Return Fee
A $25 return fee applies to all returns. This covers handling, inspection, and restocking.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
6.2 Store Credits
For change-of-mind returns, we issue store credit only once your return has been received and approved. A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit amount.
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method.
Your store credit will be processed and issued within 14 business days after we’ve received and approved your return.
6.3 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order and return the original according to our return policy.
