Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order — provided the following conditions are met:

The item must:

  • Be completely unused

  • Be 100% unopened and sealed in its original, unbroken packaging

  • Be in new, undamaged condition

  • Not have been tampered with, opened, repackaged, or handled in a way that changes its original state

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been opened or unsealed

  • Packaging has been damaged, torn, or altered in any way

  • The return is initiated after 30 days

  • You send a return without contacting us first


2. How to Return an Item

Please follow each step carefully:

Step 1 – Contact Us

Email support@littlepawhouse.com within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for the return

  • Clear photos of the item and unopened packaging

Step 2 – Return Approval

We’ll confirm whether:

  • Your return request is within the 30-day window

  • The item qualifies under our return conditions

  • You understand and agree to our return policy and return fee (see return fee down below)

Step 3 – Return Instructions

If approved:

  • You’ll receive the return address

  • You'll be responsible for the return shipping cost and shipping/shipping partners back to our warehouse.


3. Return Fees & Conditions

  • All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

  • A $25 administrative/restocking fee is deducted from your store credit

This fee covers handling, inspection, and restocking.


4. Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns to your orginal payment method. Instead, you will receive store credit for the returned item(s) full value minus the $25 fee.

  • Store credit is issued within 14 business days of receiving and approving your return

  • Credits are valid for 2 months from the date they are issued

  • Credits cannot be extended, transferred, or refunded

  • If your order was placed using store credit, it is not eligible for another return

  • If our site becomes permanently unavailable or the company ceases operations, all unused store credits will become void.


5. Return Inspection

Once your return is received:

  • We inspect the packaging and product within 1–2 business days

  • If approved, your store credit will be processed within 14 business days

  • If the return is rejected (e.g. packaging opened or damaged), no credit will be issued

  • Rejected items can be returned to you upon request — you cover the shipping


6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived broken, faulty or incorrect:

Faulty or damaged item claims may still be accepted after 30 days, if it can be shown that the issue existed at the time of delivery or was due to a manufacturing fault.

If approved:

  • We cover the return shipping

  • You’ll receive a replacement or full refund to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you want a different product:

  • Return the original (following the steps above)

  • Place a new order through our store
