5. Returns & Store Credits
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. The item must be:

In its original, undamaged packaging

Customers pay for return shipping

A $25 restocking/administrative fee is deducted from the store credit

We only issue store credit – no refunds to the orginal payment method are given for change-of-mind returns

Faulty or damaged products are handled separately and may be eligible for a refund or replacement
